Man iv been having problems with the tuning on this bike!
Iv installed the perfomance kit.. Intake stacks and short pipes now the 750 isnt liking life atm.
prop's im having now are popping at idle and insane amount of decel popping.
current carb set up 2 washers under needle 152 main jet and 45 pilot 2.5 tunes out from bottom on air/fuel. current altitude is 15m.
brand new intake boots new exhaust gaskets iv also removed all the emissions BS from the bike and pluged everything up on carbs as per videos, im yet to check/replace spark plugs.

TJ Admin Staff memberModeratorMember who has the rights to delete posts, and ban members form forum if they violate the rules.@Chris what model of bike? 152 is too large for a dual carb bike. we dont include a 152 in any of our kits, but we also dont include 45 pilots in oursingle carb VT750 kit so im alittle lost as to which kit you are using. can you clear that up for me?

@TJ i actually received 2 sets of jets in the kit. Iv them both with no success also tried to up load a photo of my purchase but the bikes a 2003 VT750DC.
I mean if you know the right size that would save me taking it to the shop as im lost AF right now.
